About intiAI

We started because we got frustrated.

intiAI grew from years of trying to solve real automation and AI problems inside our own business. We were not trying to become an AI company. We were trying to stop doing unnecessary work.
Where it began

Why are we still doing this manually?

Our own business relied on multiple systems, documents, customer information, emails and processes that all worked reasonably well on their own.

The frustrating part was everything that happened between them.

Information entered more than once

Information already existed somewhere, yet somebody still had to manually enter it into another system.

Documents handled manually

Files were downloaded, identified, renamed, moved and uploaded.

Systems that did not communicate

Useful information was spread across software that had no useful way of working together.

People remembering everything

Staff had to remember follow-ups, check systems and notice when something had not happened.

“Surely there has to be an easier way to do this.”
Since 2023

We started automating our own business first.

From 2023, we began building automation into our own day-to-day operations.

One repetitive process was automated. Then another. Then another.

That eventually led us into business integrations, APIs, document processing, CRM automation, secure authentication, private infrastructure and artificial intelligence.

We learned by building systems that people genuinely had to use, with real data and real consequences when something did not work.

What changed

Automation could move information. AI could understand it.

Traditional automation is brilliant when a process follows clear rules.

AI started opening another layer.

Systems could begin helping to understand documents, summarise information, classify enquiries, search business knowledge, prepare responses and identify what may need attention.

Combining that ability with properly connected systems is where things became genuinely interesting.

Lessons learned

Not everything needs AI.

01

Sometimes automation is enough.

If something follows predictable rules, ordinary automation may be faster, cheaper and more reliable.

02

Sometimes software just needs connecting.

Businesses often already own the systems they need. The problem is the gaps between them.

03

Sometimes AI changes the possibilities.

AI becomes useful when understanding information, language, documents or context is part of the problem.

Why intiAI exists

Other businesses are asking the same questions we were.

Business owners know AI is becoming important.

They can see that technology is changing quickly. They often suspect that parts of their business could work much better.

But knowing that AI exists and knowing how to meaningfully integrate AI into an actual business are very different things.

That gap is what intiAI exists to help with.

We start with how the business operates today. We look for repetition, wasted time, disconnected information and processes that are unnecessarily manual.

Then we decide whether AI, automation, integration or a combination of them makes sense.

Our philosophy

Remove repetitive work. Keep people in control.

We do not believe the point of AI is to remove people from every process.

People are valuable when judgement, relationships, experience and decision-making matter.

People are considerably less valuable when they are copying information from one system into another for the twentieth time that day.

Good technology should remove unnecessary work and give people more time for the work that actually matters.

Your turn

What do you wish your business would just do automatically?

You don't need to know what technology you need. Tell us what's frustrating you and we'll start there.
